  • College or University Degree preferably in Economics or Engineering
• Preferably 3 year experience in Customer Service or quality management field
• Analytical skills
• Customer (end user) driven focus & attitude
• Fluent verbal and written English and Korean knowledge
• Accurate and precise work, paying attention to details
• Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Power point)
• Passionate about Consumer Electronics
• Constant search for improvement opportunities
• Taking ownership of problems until a solution is provided
• Enthusiastic to pass on knowledge and experience
• Preferably work experience in Hungary or other European countries

주요업무내용 
• Cost management - Continuously monitoring Service cost status and reporting it weekly and monthly
• KPI management - Daily/Weekly/Monthly KPI reporting and sharing with Partners
• Making quality reports (FFR report)
• Support Service Director’s daily work
• Cooperation with Korean HQ
• Preparing diverse report as HQ’s or internal requirement
