ㅇ 구인직종
1. Tool Design
- Design, improve and maintain Forge tooling and related processes Develop and improve equipment.
- Provide manufacturing and maintenance support to improve reliability of equipment of facilities and equipment
- Provide training and mentoring to Operators, Technicians and Engineers as necessary
- Coordinate designs with other Forge personnel and departments to ensure successful completion of the entire manufacturing process and quality requirements.
- Collaborate with sales department and assist in their development and forging education as well as the development and use of the sales estimating.
- Assist our forge departments to follow through with projects. This includes working with the forge engineers and forges crews to ensure the work is performed as planned while improving general forging skills and gaining feedback from their expertise.
- Establish guidelines for forging processes, stock allowances, and other manufacturing processes that will dictate how a forging will be quoted or planned.
2. Engineering
- Produces innovative and intelligent forging designs, assemblies and using design specifications or department/customer guidelines and requirements.
- Specify materials, process and parts in consideration of product certification.
- Works cooperatively with operations, manufacturing engineering, tooling engineering and suppliers to optimize ease of manufacturing, cost, weight and quality.
- Creates accurate 3D models/drawings and engineering data required to communicate designs to manufacturing, suppliers and the customer.
- Creates and validates the engineering bill of material (BOM) and maintains the design data in a system.
- Prepares engineering change notices to support manufacturing, customers and certification.
3. Technician
- Setup and manufacturing support team designs.
- Manufacturing support to improve reliability of equipment of facilities and equipment.
- Coordinate with other Forge personnel and departments to ensure successful completion of the entire manufacturing process and quality requirement
