주요업무내용
ㅇ Overseeing the day to day management of the business development
ㅇ Devising strategies for driving sales growth across the business.
ㅇ Analyzing existing approaches to the development of business and making changes where appropriate.
ㅇ Setting targets for new business development for the business development executives
ㅇ Interviewing and hiring new members of the business development
ㅇ Implementing new business initiatives across the new business and sales teams.
ㅇ Working closely with members of the team to generate new business within large accounts.
ㅇ identifying sales opportunities as a result of market changes.
ㅇ Setting up meetings with prospective customers to sell the company’s products and services.
ㅇ Implementing sales incentives to drive sales performance within the team.
ㅇ Acting as a key contact for large customer accounts.
ㅇ Forming strategic partnerships with other companies to leverage their existing networks.
ㅇ Setting tough but achievable revenue targets for the business development managers.
ㅇ Negotiating sales contracts with customers and ensuring their profitability.
ㅇ Working with the marketing team to devise marketing materials and tools to support new business teams.
ㅇ Monitoring customer satisfaction with existing clients to ensure service delivery
