■ POSITION SUMMARY :

Our Guest Experience Experts take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay. They are empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done. Whether processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, or sharing the highlights of the local area, the Guest Experience Expert makes transactions feel like part of the experience.

Guest Experience Experts will be on their feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time) and taking a hands-on approach to work (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance). Doing all these things well (and other reasonable job duties as requested) is critical for Guest Experience Experts – to get it right for our guests and our business each and every time.

■ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

ㅇ 안전 및 보안
  - 비상 상황 시 절차 준수 (대피, 응급 상황 등)
  - 안전한 작업 환경 유지 및 불안전한 조건 신고
  - 사고 발생 시 즉시 관리자에게 보고
  - 적절한 개인 보호 장비(PPE) 사용

ㅇ 정책 및 절차
  - 개인정보 보호 및 기밀 유지
  - 회사 정책 및 절차 준수
  - 유니폼, 명찰, 외모 관리 및 위생 유지
  - 회사 자산 보호

ㅇ 고객 서비스
  - 고객의 요구 사항을 긍정적이고 전문적으로 처리
  - 고객과의 대화 및 지역 명소 추천
  - 장애 고객 지원 (시각, 청각, 신체 장애자 지원)

ㅇ 커뮤니케이션
  - 명확하고 전문적인 언어 사용
  - 전화 응대 및 메시지 전달
  - 동료와의 정보 교환 및 지원

  - 인턴 및 임시 직원 교육

  - 클럽 라운지 최종 정리 및 청소
