주요업무내용
ㅇ 구매 매니저 (Supply Chain Management)
Procurement Strategy:
○ Develop and execute purchasing strategies to support production schedules and business objectives.
○ Ensure materials meet quality, cost, and delivery standards in alignment with company goals.
Supplier Management:
○ Identify, evaluate, and build strong relationships with suppliers, both locally and internationally.
○ Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to achieve the best value for the company.
Cost Optimization:
○ Monitor market trends and analyze cost drivers to implement cost-saving measures.
○ Evaluate and approve purchase orders, ensuring alignment with budgetary goals.
Material Planning & Coordination:
○ Collaborate with PPIC and production teams to align material procurement with production requirements.
○ Ensure just-in-time delivery of raw materials to avoid production delays or excess inventory.
Quality Assurance:
○ Work closely with the quality control team to ensure suppliers meet the company's quality standards.
○ Address non-conformance issues with suppliers promptly and effectively.
Risk Management:
○ Identify potential supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions.
○ Ensure compliance with legal and ethical sourcing standards.
Reporting & Analysis:
○ Track and report key purchasing metrics, including supplier performance and cost trends.
○ Use data-driven insights to improve procurement efficiency and decision-making.
