주요업무내용
ㅇ Rubber Press 생산 매니저
Rubber Press Operations Management:
- Supervise and manage rubber press operations to produce high-quality components according to production schedules.
- Monitor machine performance and ensure the rubber press equipment is operating at optimal efficiency.
Process Optimization:
- Identify and implement improvements in the rubber molding process to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions promptly
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all rubber press outputs meet the company’s quality standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to address any defects or inconsistencies.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the rubber press team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team’s technical skills and operational knowledge.
Maintenance Coordination:
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule regular upkeep and repair of rubber press equipment.
- Minimize downtime through proactive maintenance planning and quick resolution of equipment issues.
Safety Compliance:
- Ensure the rubber press operations comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- Promote a safe working environment through training, audits, and adherence to safety protocols.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to rubber press operations.
- Generate reports on production output, machine performance, and material usage for senior management.
