주요업무내용
•prepare, analyze and report the monthly bottom up forecast and weekly analysis of the statistical forecast tool.

•maintain seasonality curve and assess promotional/event impact based on information gathered from sales forces

•generate consolidated forecast through co-ordination of forecast consensus meeting

•preparation of rolling forecast template both for weekly ERP updates and monthly meeting

•run monthly consensus meetings and weekly S&OP meetings

•upload final agreed forecast to system, follow up DP from system and convey DP information to sales forces

•analyze updated delivery plan and convey the analysis to sales forces

•plan outbound deliveries and coordinate with SCM team regarding slots.

•track inbound plans & production plans and manage shipment plans

•maintain optimum level of inventory, minimize obsolete stock level, communicate with other subsidiaries for the inter-company transactions.

•simulate EOH, Long-term inventory levels in the future period

•maintain the Forecast Key Performance Indicators

•maintain the forecast reports for visibility, accuracy and timing of business information to enhance planning, forecasting and operational decisions
