주요업무내용
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic individual to join our team as a Senior Officer – Strategy. This role is responsible for leveraging business assessment tools and data analysis techniques to monitor and enhance operational performance in alignment with KPIs and strategic goals. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate and track business plans, focusing on medical record review and operational measurement to drive continuous improvement in care delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and deliver routine performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly)

Analyze business and clinical data to improve care delivery and operational efficiency

Define operational performance metrics and care cycles

Investigate performance gaps and propose data-driven solutions

Map care processes and outcomes using monthly operational statistics

Develop infrastructure for data collection on outcomes and resource utilization

Escalate operational issues and report findings to leadership and stakeholders

Support the Joint Service Review Committee preparations

Manage statistical data submissions to external organizations
