주요업무내용
Job Scope:
Responsible for overseeing all daily caddie operations at the golf facility.
Involved in the recruitment, training, scheduling and supervision of caddies to ensure a smooth and professional experience for members and guests.
Will act as the main point of contact between the caddies and golf management, ensuring high standards of service, discipline and organization are maintained at all times.
Assist in the coordination of golf tournament and events.
