주요업무내용
ㅇ Organizational Development & Workforce Planning
- Support regional organizational design and workforce planning in alignment with business goals. Provide guidance on structural agility, headcount planning, and succession pipelines across countries.
ㅇ HR Governance & Policy Alignment
- Ensure consistency and compliance in HR policies and practices across countries, aligning with both local labor laws and group-level global HR standards.
ㅇ Business Partnering with Country HRs & Leaders
- Act as a strategic HR partner to country HR teams and business leaders, advising on people-related decisions, organizational changes, and employee relations issues.
ㅇ Talent & Performance Management
- Support development of leadership and talent pipelines. Provide guidance on performance management frameworks, employee development, and cross-country mobility.
ㅇ Compensation & Reward Operation
- Guide regional compensation benchmarking, support implementation of annual bonus schemes aligning with group-level guidance.
ㅇ HR Compliance & Labor Relations
- Monitor compliance with employment laws across countries. Provide oversight and support for labor union interactions and employee representation matters.
ㅇ HR Analytics & Reporting
- Define and monitor key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, cost per hire, training hours). Use data-driven insights to support continuous improvement and regional reporting.
ㅇ Budget & Cost Management
- Collaborate with finance to manage regional HR budgets and optimize controllable HR-related expenses.
ㅇ Cross-functional HR Coordination
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between HR and other functions (e.g., Operations, Finance, Legal) to address organizational needs.
ㅇ Job Architecture & Role Clarity
- Ensure job descriptions and job grading structures are standardized, up-to-date, and consistently applied across countries.
※ This role also includes other related HR operations and administrative tasks as necessary to ensure effective functioning of the RHQ's HR strategy.
