Travel Partnerships & Media helps our partners grow through competitive supply, advertising, and affiliate solutions. As part of our Centralized Hub for Account Management & Performance, we ensure lodging partners effectively reach our global traveler base.

[About the Role]
As a Partner Growth & Agility Associate (Account Manager), you’ll ensure our lodging products are competitive and attractive to travelers, while helping partners optimize their presence on the Expedia Group platform.

[What You’ll Do]
- Build relationships with lodging partners through phone-based account management
- Help partners use Expedia tools to drive visibility and bookings
- Support new partners as they ramp up and grow their market share
- Manage a portfolio of properties, offering strategic guidance
- Monitor performance data and provide actionable insights
- Resolve partner issues promptly and effectively
- Share updates on new features and initiatives
- Represent partner needs internally
- Help develop satisfaction surveys
- Stay informed on travel trends to inform strategy
