- Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Track project progress and ensure timely delivery according to plan.
- Manage project budgets, ensure cost control, and optimize resource utilization.
- Forecast resource needs and work with internal/external teams to ensure proper staffing.
- Manage and resolve project issues promptly to minimize impact on deliverables.
- Manage end-to-end operations of enterprise IT systems, including ERP, e-Accounting, Purchasing, Production/Distribution systems, APIs, and POS platforms.
- Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects involving system integration, resource management, scheduling, and security compliance.
- Facilitate system integration and technical collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery through performance monitoring and implementation of preventive maintenance strategies.
- Investigate system incidents, perform root cause analysis, and apply corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
- Supervise database operations, including backup procedures and disaster recovery planning to ensure data security and availability.
- Perform regular system health checks and proactively address performance or reliability issues.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions that support operational objectives.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of local IT staff to align with organizational goals and project demands.
- Participate in corporate meetings and support various ad-hoc tasks related to IT services and operations.
- Localize and implement headquarters’ quality and security standards for IT operations.
- Contribute to business expansion by identifying opportunities for new IT service or system development initiatives.
- Utilize tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar for planning and tracking.
