[Job Summary]
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Ecommerce Manager to lead our online sales strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, analytics, and ecommerce operations, with a passion for driving growth in a fast-paced environment.
[Key Responsibilities]
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue growth across the e-commerce platform on LG.com.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce site, ensuring an optimal user experience and high site performance.
- Analyze sales data and customer insights to inform decisions on product assortment, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
- Work closely with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure the seamless execution of e-commerce initiatives.
- To measure and report on e-commerce media campaign performance using data-driven insights to optimize outcomes and maximize ROAS.
- Leverage advanced digital technology and tools for enhanced campaign effectiveness (eg. tools such as GA4 Analytics, Google Ads, META, SEO, and email marketing (utilizing Salesforce), & performance Marketing).
- Digital strategically plan and execute promotional activities in advance to maximize sales potential through the marketing channels.
- Monitor and analyze pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness in the market.
- Curate product assortments that align with customer preferences and current market trends for lg.com promotions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new growth opportunities.
- Manage the Profit and Loss (P&L) statement to ensure financial targets are met, focusing on revenue growth, cost control, and overall profitability.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making and pinpoint areas for improvement.
