주요업무내용
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing professional solutions.
- Utilize sourcing methods (ex. social media, job site and networking) to search potential candidates and conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability
- Arrange interview schedules and provide feedback to both clients and candidates.
- Pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities in internal system.
- Collaborate with other colleagues to achieve given targets and contribute to the overall success.
