주요업무내용
* 생산계획 (대리 – 과장 급)
1) 나이키 오더 분석 및 생산계획 수립
2) 동종업계 관련 5~15년 이상 경력자 선호

* 품질관리 (부장 – 이사 급)
1) 공정 중 품질 관리 및 제품 검사
2) 품질 규격 관리 및 시스템 구축
3) 브랜드 대응

* 구매관리 (대리-차장 급)
1) 구매 전략 개발 및 실행
2) 공급업체 관리
3) 자재계획 및 재고 관리 및 관련 데이터 관리

PPIC Manager
Production Planning:
- Develop, implement, and maintain efficient production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and quality teams to align plans with operational capabilities

Inventory Management:
- Oversee inventory levels to ensure optimal stock without overages or shortages.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and implement strategies to minimize waste

Material Coordination:
- Monitor material requirements and ensure timely procurement to support production.
- Collaborate with suppliers to maintain material quality and delivery schedules

Process Optimization:
- Analyze production data and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Identify bottlenecks and provide solutions to improve workflow

Reporting & Analysis:
- Generate accurate reports on production and inventory metrics for senior management
- Utilize data-driven insights to support decision-making and improve operational performance
