주요업무내용
• Planning short and long term Sales strategy for Korean B2B business.
• In charge of sales target and forecast and achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly base.
• Increase Business Opportunity and Win target
• Develop new partners (General Contractors, ME Contractors, owners, ME consultants, Architecture company,..) and manage well our existing captive customers and Korean related partners/customers.
• Build up action plan to increase Samsung SAC awareness in markets.
• Analyze the competitors’ products, market trends to propose products specs, lines up suitable with the market demand.
• Manage, training, coaching B2B sales team, Pre-sales team(design, consultant development team) to achieve the target and sustainable grow.
• Make sure B2B team, Pre – Sales team achieve company target.
• Build up working environment of client’s orientation, co-operation spirit.
• Maximize sales performance by striving to ensure that sales targets are continually achieved and exceeded
• Manage to ensure that the contract, pricing policy, and the product distribution channel are aligned.
• Perform additional tasks as and when requested or required by the Company and as instructed by our manager or delegate.
