주요업무내용
Position: Senior Officer – Accounting

Job Summary: Be responsible for managing group outsourced contracts, in term of KPI monitoring, saving calculation etc. as well as sub store management in coordination with relevant departments.
In addition, he will be responsible for planining to enhance operational excellence, implementing, monitoring and feedbacking it in hospital wise with leadership.

1. Plan and implement the overall operational strategey including Chain Management and Procurement strategy and relavant outsourcing management for the suppport of hospital clinical service.
2. Updating and maintain Hospital procurement and supply chain management Standard Operating Process according to the guide of SKSH policy.
3. Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner.
4. Evaluate the Operation Excellency Dept. member’s performance and provide constructive feedback.
5. Arrange a budget requirement and prepare annual forecast for medications and consumables and continues monitoring the purchase to avoid exceeding allocated budget.
6. Monitor sub-store management in coordination with related parties, set necessary guidelines, coordinate with related parties for process changes/improvement including system modification.
7. Organize the ‘Product Evaluation Committee’, ‘Non-Moving and Expiry Items Management Committee’ ,‘Prerequisition Committee’and related committees.
8. Facilitate Operations meeting and Leadership meeting and coordinate with related parties for required actions.
9. Space leasing auction/renewal activities
10. OVR management related to items.
