주요업무내용
■ 모집분야
As a Genomics Technical Sales Manager, your primary responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:
• Implement sales objectives, strategies, and action plans for the given regions and territories to achieve the sales target and financial growth of the territories;
• Engage in presales processes and marketing efforts by answering technical queries, participating in marketing activities and customer communications;
• Manage and maintain existing accounts and expand the customer base in territories, developing short-term and long-term profitable accounts;
• Resolve customer’s complaints, and satisfy customers by building trust through professional relationships;
• Analyse and monitor market trends and competitors, and report important activities;
• Collaborate and liaise with cross-functional colleagues, including the sales/marketing team in EU and technical and administrative team in HQ to achieve business objectives; and
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by researching, and reviewing professional publications, with establishing personal networks.
• Facilitating any changes needed in an organization and creating an effective working environment
• Monitoring each team member’s performance, and inspiring and encouraging team members to perform their best
• Assigning and supervising specific work tasks
• Interpreting the strategy of top-level management and translating it into everyday policies
• Reporting issues and performance up the chain to top-level management
