주요업무내용
Job Responsibilities:
• To introduce new players to Hann Resorts.
• Seek new and targeted players through acquisition, retention and reactivation.
• Ensure high standard of guest service to all patrons in a professional manner.
• Coordinate with cooperate with other internal departments to achieve customer satisfaction, and therefore leading towards department’s goals and objectives.
• Locates, develops and/or acquire new business and capture good quality players to achieve various business targets.
• Responsible for the continuous business development of Premium Mass Market.

Other Requirements:
• Korean or Chinese National
• College level and must have at least 1 year of proven experience in Casino Marketing – Player development, preferably in Business Development; At least 1-2 years’ experience with the same position. Experience in a casino industry/ integrated resort is an advantage
• Possess excellent communication skills in English and a second language (e.g. Korean or Chinese), with relevant business development sales, customer service and telemarketing experience from an Integrated Resort Casino.
