주요업무내용
ㅇ 품질 관리자
1. Quality Control Leadership:
○ Oversee all aspects of the quality control process for footwear production, from raw materials to final products.
○ Ensure strict adherence to NIKE’s global quality standards and specifications.
○ Lead initiatives to maintain the brand's reputation for high-quality and innovative footwear.
2. Factory and Vendor Management:
○ Collaborate with factories, vendors, and suppliers to implement and maintain QC standards.
○ Conduct regular site visits to manufacturing locations for inspections and audits.
○ Address and resolve quality issues with production partners effectively.
3. Compliance and Testing:
○ Ensure all products comply with international safety, durability, and performance standards.
○ Supervise product testing for performance, comfort, and durability in alignment with NIKE’s expectations.
○ Manage certifications and regulatory compliance processes for different markets.
4. Team Development and Coordination:
○ Lead and mentor a team of QC inspectors and specialists across multiple production sites.
○ Coordinate with design, production, and supply chain teams to proactively address potential quality issues during product development.
○ Drive a culture of quality improvement and accountability among internal teams and external partners.
5. Continuous Improvement:
○ Analyze quality metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement.
○ Implement innovative QC technologies and methodologies to enhance efficiency and product quality.
○ Develop and execute training programs for QC personnel and factory teams to maintain high standards.
6. Reporting and Documentation:
○ Generate comprehensive QC reports, summarizing findings, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.
○ Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support strategic decisions.
