주요업무내용
1. Product strategy:
1.1. Monthly promotion planning: localize to Vietnam market
1.2. Channel strategic planning: make plan on CDJ (customer decision journey) to optimize channel balance
1.3. CRM strategy: membership policy, activation management
2. E-commerce (including brand site): monitor enabler's service (CJ), lead local meeting with enabler, join monthly meeting with Headquarter, take lead of back-end planning
3. HQ communication: monthly review, M-3 strategy finalization, collect and share local VOC (voice of customers) and feedback
4. Third party management: collaborate with partners on payment options, rewards, vouchers, etc...
5. Project management: event planning, new channel set up, etc...
6. Product distribution: manage SKU in and out plan and price strategy
7. Others: conduct market research via store visit and online research, etc...
