주요업무내용
1. Procurement Planning
- Preparing plans for the purchase of Raw material, equipment, services, and supplies
- Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
- Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies, procedures and compliance policy

2. Purchasing Request & Order
- Review purchase requests
- Prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests
- Perform feasibility evaluation of invoice and communicate with financial department
- Compare suppliers' bills with bids and purchase orders in order to verify accuracy
- Review requisition orders in order to verify accuracy, terminology, and specifications.

3. Supplier Relationship & Tendering
- Evaluate new supplier candidates
- Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc
- Negotiating between suppliers
- Monitor contractor performance, recommending contract modifications when necessary.
- Develop new potential suppliers and evaluate those before registration as suppliers of SKBM
- Communicate with suppliers for their inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations.
- Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
- Prepare invitation-of-bid forms, and mail forms to supplier firms or distribute forms for public posting.
- Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems
- Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid
