주요업무내용
General Office Support
• Supporting settlement of expats and visitors (e.g. travel arrangement, temporary housing, transportation, car lease etc.)
• Help set up office environment and managing outsourcing vendors (utility, cleaning, security, fleet car service, cafeteria etc.)
• Establish the process for keeping and maintaining the assets of the Company
• Track stocks of office supplies and make orders when necessary
• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
• Procurement work for office Supplies and required consuming goods for internal usage
• Required Job assistant support from other departments
• Support for Korean managers from every department
• Reservation for courier services
• Keeping track of Incoming shipment and related cooperation to forwarder or customs clearance partners
• Management and Purchase process of Refreshment for employees
• Other task as assigned
Managing external stakeholders
• Build support and liaison network with necessary stakeholders (community, city / federal government, etc.)
• Attend and manage necessary external events and meeting invitations
